Followed up this morning. I finally talked with someone today as to why it was cancelled because there was no reason given in the email they. It specifically says please allow up to 48 hours for any refunds to post to your account currently on day 3 and my money still hasnt been returned. On tuesday 4212020 i received an email from 1st stop bedrooms saying my order was cancelled and i would be refunded.

Justo blanket wrap delivery were the greatest the set up was smooth and on time. I had a decent experience with 1 stop bedrooms however would personally not use them again. I do recommend them because i feel they were very honest with us and the price was right. They said that i could not speak to a manager i could drive 2 hours to atlanta and pick up the product myself or wait 72 hours for a call back supervisor queue process.
